Cheesy Courgette Mini Loaves

These are SUPER tasty and quick to make! (Also great to add to the freezer stash for another time) They make a great first food for a new to weaning little one too. Soft and break easily with their gums if they've yet to develop their teeth. Suitable from 6 months!

Ingredients
•180g plain flour
•2 eggs
•1 tsp baking powder
•100g grated cheese
•100ml whole milk (of alternative)
• 1 grated medium courgette (zucchini)
• 1 tsp garlic powder (to taste)

Method
• Add the flour, baking powder, eggs & milk to a large bowl & mix well.

• Add the grated courgette, cheese & garlic power & mix, mix, mix!

•Pour into greased muffin tin.

•Bake in oven for 25-30 mins at 200 (untill skewer comes out clean)

** Store in fridge for 2-3 days or pop in your freezer stash for upto 3 months.
