UK Next Day Delivery
Orders must be received by midday on Monday to Friday only. Orders received on Friday before midday will be delivered on Monday. We do not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
If received after midday your order will be processed the next working day with delivery the following working day.
Parcels may require a signature upon receipt.
If an item is lost in transit, please contact us by email; hello @tumtumtots.com or telephone 01298 425005 quoting your order number and full address in order that we can investigate with the carrier.
European Delivery (Signed For)

Please note that deliveries can take a lot longer at the moment due to disruption being caused by Covid-19 and Brexit.
Please only continue to order if you are happy to allow extra time for your package to arrive.
Due to Brexit, we highly recommend that you consult your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchasing since the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, duties and taxes as a result of importing.
Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charges, if applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated based upon the weight of the items ordered. Once you have completed your order you will be able to view the delivery cost at the checkout stage, prior to payment.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
Please note that on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays the office will be closed.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason they may be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return any items within 28 days (address below).
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility. We will not accept returns of any non-faulty items that have been used and packaging removed. If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
