4 Ingredient Carrot Cookies

These tasty Spring inspired bite-sized, biscuity treats are bound to be a universal hit with your family. Requiring only 4 ingredients, they're bound to be a hit with the person making them too!


* 1 cup self-rising flour
* 1/2 cup plain yogurt
* 1 cup finely grated carrot
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, plain yogurt, finely grated carrot, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until a dough forms.
3. Roll out the dough until it’s 1 cm thick and cut out into shapes with cookie cuter.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Suitable from 8+ months, for babies under 1 year old you can make the shapes into finger length strips. (easier to hold)

- Store in a airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
