Apple & Ginger Waffles
Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple purée
2 cup oat flour
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 eggs
Squirt date syrup (optional)
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a waffle maker in batches and cook to waffle make instructions.
Save leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
