Banana & Yoghurt Bites
These Frozen Banana & Yoghurt Bites are a simple, nutritious snack perfect for little ones from 6 months+. Naturally sweet and packed with healthy fats and fibre, they’re ideal for cooling sore gums and introducing new textures and flavours.
Made with just a handful of ingredients, these bite-sized treats combine creamy Greek yoghurt, banana, peanut butter, and ground flaxseed for a balanced snack that babies and toddlers love.
For younger babies (6–9 months), simply cut the banana into sticks instead of slices for easier grasping.

You will need:
🍌 1 banana
🍌 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
🍌 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
🍌 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
Method:
- Simply, slice your banana into several large slices.
- Use a glass to flatten them.
- Add a little yoghurt to each banana piece, then a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of ground flaxseed.
- Pop in the freezer for one hour and enjoy! Leave for a few minutes to detour slightly before serving.
