Rice Cake Bars
These make a super simple snack for on the go! And best of all there is no cooking required!
You'll need:
Rice cakes
Raisins / Sultanas
Peanut Butter
Blend together the above ingredients. Press into a dish, about 2cm thickness. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Slice into bars and serve!
