One Pot Salmon and Pea Orzo
Everything you need for a delicious meal in one pan – salmon, pasta, peas! Ready in under 30 minutes! We love an easy one pot meal during the busy weekdays!
You'll need:
- 2 skinless salmon fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup orzo with 1.5 cups water
- stock cube
- 1 onion
- squeeze of lemon
- handful of peas
Season as desired
Pop the onion and garlic into a pan with a little oil, fry off.
Then add the salmon, orzo, the water and stock cube.
Stir and then add the rest of the ingredients, simmer until orzo is cooked.
