Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
          
            That satisfying crunch with every tiny bite… yes please! These mini chocolate chip cookies from @what_amara_eats are crisp, golden, and super snackable. All from simple cupboard staples you likely already have!
Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose or plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- 
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix into a dough. 
- 
Scoop out small amounts (about 1/2 tsp each) roll into balls, place onto a lined tray 
- 
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 10–12 mins until golden and crisp. 
Suitable from 2 year+ due to sugar. For younger ones: swap sugar for 1 tbsp maple syrup & skip the choc – try a pinch of cinnamon instead.
Want a flour-free version? Try it with 3/4 cup ground almonds instead – still crunchy, still delicious. Storage: Airtight container for 2–3 days or freeze for later.
