Hidden Veggie Sandwich

This reduced salt, hidden veggie sandwich filling is a great choice for those summer outing packed lunches. Quick to make, with minimal ingredients! 

You'll Need:

Bread of your choice

2 x Hard Boiled Eggs

2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Handful grated carrot

handful grated cucumber

Simply combine grated hard boiled eggs, 2 tbsp greek yoghurt, grated carrot & cucumber. Spread onto your choice of bread and serve!
