Rudolphs carrot flapjacks, and only 4 ingredients needed. The best part is they're not just for flying reindeer, they're also a great festive snack for the whole family. 

I think we'll be making these for the reindeer on Christmas eve of course! Recipe by @littleyummytum

Recipe: 

•Melt 145g unsalted butter in a saucepan on a low heat

•Add 3 tbsp honey (or maple if under 1)

•Stir in 250g rolled oats

•Grate 1 large carrot & stir well
*optional add 1 tsp cinnamon

•Press into a greased/lined baking tray at bake at 180 for 20 minutes. Then allow to cool completely before slicing.
