Chia Pancakes

These pancakes taste delicious, they're so light & fluffy just as you'd expect a Pancake to be. However they're also, egg free, dairy free, vegan friendly, freezable & suitable from 6 months!

You'll Need: 

3 tbsp Chia Seeds

1.5 Cup Plain Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Cup Almond Milk 

3/4 Cup Water

Method:

1. Place the chia seeds, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. 

2. Stir the vanilla, milk and water together in a jug. Then gradually stir into the flour/chia mix, until you have a smooth batter. 

3. Leave batter to stand for 10 minutes.

4. Heat a frying pan and drizzle with oil. Then add table spoon amounts of the batter to the heated pan. Cook your pancakes on one side until little bubbles appear. Then flip and cook on the other side until browning. 

5. Serve and Enjoy!
