Blueberry & Sweet Potato Porridge Fingers

A hearty, healthy and easy to make breakfast recipe, suitable from 6 months. Perfect finger food for baby led weaning, plus ideal for hungry on the go toddlers too. A freezer friendly, grab and go kind of snack for any time of the day. 

You'll Need:
- 60g banana
- 60g cooked sweet potato
- 60g oats
- 60ml milk - plant based or cows
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40g blueberries

Method:
1. In a microwaveable dish, mash banana and sweet potato.
2. Add in oats, milk, cinnamon & flax seeds and mix until combined.
3. Gently stir in blueberries, before lightly flattening mixture with the back of a fork.
4. Microwave for 4-6 minutes until firm, and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before turning out.
5. Cut into long strips (like above) or into smaller squares for toddlers.

*Makes 4-6 porridge fingers
*Suitable from 6mo+
*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or in the freezer for up to 3 months
