Ingredients:

1 egg
1 sprinkling of parmesan
1 pinch of paprika
some seasoning to taste
some vegetables, fruits, bacon in rainbow colours

Method:

  • 1. Separate the egg white and yolk into two bowls 2. Whisk the egg white until stiff 3. Finely grate the parmesan into the mix, season and add a pinch of paprika 4. Place the egg white mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, shape into a cloud and leave an indent in the middle for the egg yolk 5. Place the baking tray into a preheated oven and cook the egg whites for 3 to 4 minutes 6. Remove and add the egg yolk 7. Return and cook for a further 3-4 minutes 8. Have fun with your rainbows. This one is made from tomatoes, yellow pepper, bacon and blueberries
