Delivery & Returns
Standard delviery takes between 3-5 working days to be delivered. All packages are sent recorded delivery. If your item has not been received within this time period, please allow 2-3 working days buffer to take into consideration adverse weather conditions, postal strikes or any other eventualities beyond our control before notifying us of non-delivery.
For items that are needed urgently, we offer the Royal Mail special delivery service which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm the next working day providing you have placed your order before 12pm.
Cost: £8.50 (orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery)
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you have any issues with the product(s) you have received and would like a refund or would like to exchange your product(s) we ask that it is returned in its original packaging in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt having notified us of the issue within 7 working days of receipt. You can notify us of issues regarding refunds and exchanges via the “Contact Us” page on this website.
We cannot be held responsible for any returns which are lost or damaged in the post, so we urge you to obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security the event of this happening. Please allow 14 days for your returns to be processed. Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement. Please note that delivery charges (where applicable) and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that we cannot refund these.
Exchanges are processed immediately and replacements should be with you in around 5 days but we recommend that you place a new order and return the item for refund if you are in a hurry. Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days.
